The Paul Gruhler Award
The Paul Gruhler Award is sponsored by the Dayton Chapter of the Knights of Columbus and dates back to 1975. It is named in honor of Paul Gruhler who was dedicated to his family, his community and epitomized the principles of the Knights of Columbus: Charity, Unity Fraternity and Patriotism.
Every Council in the Dayton Chapter has an outstanding Knight who is deserving of the recognition afforded by this prestigious award. The nominee will be evaluated on their contributions to their Church, the Knights of Columbus and their Community.
